Colletta

Colletta is a beautiful medieval hill town in Liguria Italy where we bought a small apartment in 2005. The village has been caringly restored with modern amenities while retaining the orginal village layout. It is a stunning village unspoilt by any modern buildings, completely car free and in a beautiful setting. I was also convinced to invest in a management company Borgotelematico SRL which owns a small conference/business centre and the Restaurant/Bar in the village. The primary objectibve of Borgotelematico is to make the village sustainable year round by organising meetings/courses and running an on-line rental system. At the beginning of this year I got my arm twisted to become president of the company and try to balance
the books after some losses the first year. So now I am heavily involved in the management of the company and by implication the village itself.
